How Lintel handles the details you share through the contact form.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, and whether you ticked the optional updates box. Your IP address is used momentarily to rate-limit and screen the form against spam; it is not stored.

Why, and the legal basis

We use your name, email, and message to read and reply to your enquiry — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We only send you occasional updates about Lintel if you explicitly opt in (consent); you can withdraw that at any time.

Where it goes

The form sends your message to us by email. There is no database — your submission lives only as that email. Two processors are involved: Microsoft Azure (which sends the email via Azure Communication Services) and Cloudflare Turnstile (the “verify you’re human” check). No advertising or analytics trackers run on this site.

How long we keep it

Your message is kept in our email for as long as it’s useful to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. If you opted into updates, we keep your email until you withdraw.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the data you sent, or to stop contacting you, at any time — email thomas@lintel.dk and we’ll take care of it. Lintel is the data controller (a Danish/CVR entity).
